“Peace is something you make, something you are, something you do, and something you give away.”
- Robert Fulghum.

Life is a continuous circle of learning, navigating, adapting, and relearning. Through your development as a child into adulthood, you have experienced positive and negative events as well as people that have shaped your current attitudes, and emotional and behavioral patterns. You are unique and an expert in your experience. It is my desire is to help you work towards creating peace in your life by using a person-centered and holistic approach. With these approaches, I meet you, the client, where you are right now in life from an empathetic and non-judgmental perspective.

I offer experience in crisis and community mental health settings. I have experience working with the adults in crisis with a wide range of adversity and diagnoses like anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia. I work to utilize client skills and personal strengths to facilitate progress in regaining control of their life, emotions, behaviors, and medication management. Client base ranges from those of all ages looking to address career challenges, anxiety,
depression, grief, spirituality, and trauma.

We all had to start somewhere.

PsycYourMind® is committed to the training and experiential learning of up-and-coming therapists.
