Jenifer became a Board Certified Sex Therapist from the Sex Therapy Training Institute located in Miami, Florida. Jenifer has contributed to Essence Magazine, “Yngblkpgh” by Brian and The Hitched Bitch by Kacie Thompson. Jenifer relocated to Virginia in 2019 to continue building her therapy career. She is now a Resident in Counseling in Virginia (#0704012978) under the clinical supervision of Crystal Joseph where she specializes in couples, families, LGBTQ, trauma and Sex Therapy.

The graduate level internship is an integral part of the counseling academic and clinical training experience. Counseling and Clinical Mental Health graduate students are required to have over 700 hours of clinical training time before graduation.
Thereafter, another 3500+ hour residency commences with 100 hours of supervision. An approved clinical supervisor (Crystal Joseph, LCPC, LPC, ACS) manages all cases, conducting weekly supervision to help guide theoretical application.
